Creating a Google Business Profile looks simple: enter a name, address and phone, and Google does the rest. In practice, the choices you make on day one decide whether the profile verifies smoothly, whether it ranks, and whether it gets suspended six months later. A good GMB listing service gets those choices right the first time.
Before creating anything, search your business name, phone number and address on Google Maps. Many businesses already have a listing created by Google, a customer or a directory. Claim that one instead of creating a duplicate. Duplicates split reviews and can trigger suspensions.
Exactly as it appears on your signage, registration and website. No keywords, no city name unless it is genuinely part of your name, no taglines.
Research what the top three businesses in your area use for your main search. Pick the most specific category that genuinely describes your main service. Add secondary categories only for services you actually provide.
A standard mobile or landline that matches your website and directories. Avoid call-tracking or VoIP numbers at the start; they often get stuck on pending. Link to the website page that best matches your main service.
Add hours, services with descriptions, a clear business description and real photos of the exterior, interior and team. A complete profile looks more trustworthy to Google’s review process.
In India, most new profiles are verified by video. The clip must be continuous and show the street, your permanent signage, the inside of the premises and proof that you manage the business. We script it shot by shot before you record. The full method is in our verification guide.
The business owner should be the primary owner, using an email the business controls. Anyone helping you, including us, should be added as a manager.
After verification, avoid big edits for a while. Then start the normal rhythm: posts, photos, review requests and citations. That is where monthly GMB management takes over if you want help.
Price: ₹8,000 one time. See pricing.
Creation takes under an hour. Verification usually takes a few days after a successful video, sometimes longer if Google asks for more evidence.
Yes, as a service area business with your address hidden, if you serve customers at their location.
The business owner, always. Agencies and freelancers should be managers only.
GMB Profile Instant Listing is ₹8,000 one time, including setup, categories, services, geo-tagged photos, a scripted verification video and a week of support.
