Why GMB Expert India exists
GMB Expert India started from a pattern I kept seeing in client work: good local businesses losing calls to weaker competitors whose Google profiles were simply set up better. A clinic with a decade of loyal patients sitting at position nine on Maps, behind a newer clinic with the right category and a steady flow of reviews. A packers and movers firm suspended because someone added “best” to its business name. A restaurant whose phone number had been stuck on pending for months.
None of these were hard problems. They were specialist problems. So rather than offering every kind of digital marketing, I built a service that does one thing: get Google Business Profiles live, keep them live, and make them rank. That is what a GMB expert should do, and it is all we do.
Who runs it
I am Hemant Chaudhary. I started in SEO in 2011 as a trainee in Chandigarh, spent seven years going from trainee to SEO Manager at a digital marketing firm, and have worked independently since 2018. I hold a B.Tech from Chandigarh University. On Upwork I am Top Rated with a 100% Job Success Score, and many international clients first found me there.
When you work with GMB Expert India, you work with me. A small team helps with production tasks such as citations and photo processing, but I plan every account, configure every profile and answer every message. That is only possible because I keep the client list small.
What we do
- Google Business Profile setup and verification, including scripted video verification. See our GMB listing service.
- GMB optimization: categories, services, products, photos, description and attributes. See the optimization checklist.
- Google Maps ranking and monthly management: posts, citations, reviews and reporting. See GMB management services.
- Suspension and ownership recovery. See GMB listing recovery.
- Phone number pending fixes, duplicate removal and fake review reporting.
- AI search visibility, so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode can describe your business accurately.
How we work
Prices are published
Profile setup is ₹8,000 one time. Google Map Ranking is ₹5,000 a month or ₹50,000 a year. International work is quoted in USD. You can see all of it on the pricing section without booking a sales call.
No lock-in
Everything runs month to month. If a month does not earn its fee, you stop. There is nothing to cancel and no notice period.
No ranking guarantees
Distance from the searcher is a ranking factor nobody controls, so nobody can honestly promise you position one. What we commit to is the right work, done consistently, reported honestly.
Reports from your own dashboard
Monthly reports come straight from your Google Business Profile performance data: calls, direction requests, website clicks and searches. You can open the same dashboard yourself at any time and check every number.
You own everything
Your profile stays in your name. We are added as managers, never as primary owners. If we stop working together, nothing needs to be handed back.
Honest advice
If your profile only needs a small fix, we will tell you that instead of selling you a plan. If a suspended business is genuinely ineligible as listed, we will say so rather than take payment for an appeal that cannot be won. We never write, buy or arrange fake reviews.
Who we work with
Clinics and hospitals, dentists, IVF centres, salons and spas, restaurants, hotels, real estate firms, coaching institutes, immigration consultants, packers and movers, home service businesses, showrooms and manufacturers. Clients are spread across India, from Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore to Chandigarh, Kolkata, Nagpur and Goa, and abroad in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the UAE. US businesses can also see GMB Expert USA.
Results you can check
We prefer showing results where clients see them: the Google dashboard. In October 2026, the five client profiles in our results received 2,833 calls between them. A liver and gastro hospital in Guntur saw profile interactions rise 52.3 percent year on year. A roofing contractor in Florida received 927 calls from its profile in one month. The screenshots are below, untouched.
